Azadi Group
This year in Azadi class we have a mixture of Year 12, 13 and 14 students at Stocklake Park. During Post-16, students follow a Foundation Learning Curriculum. Students are introduced to a personalised programme with the emphasis on Work Related Learning, Key Skills (Communication, Numbers skills, ICT) and Personal Development. Students’ work gain national accreditation as part of the OCR Life and Living skills Entry level course.
We begin to explore, develop, generalise and assimilate a wide range of skills that include learning about travel training, communication, numeracy, citizenship and social skills. These skills complement the curriculum and enrich their learning experience.
We work hard to make our own Records of Achievement that we take home after our Achievement Assembly. We also set personal targets and talk about our progress. We all make a PowerPoint presentation and share our student contribution for our Annual Review too, this make us really proud.
